✅ CONDIZIONI GENERALI
- Il diritto di recesso è valido entro 14 giorni dalla consegna (D. Lgs. 206/2005).
- Il prodotto deve essere intatto, mai usato, nella confezione originale e completo di etichette e accessori.
- Non accettiamo resi di articoli usurati, danneggiati o sporchi. Ci riserviamo il diritto di rifiutare il reso e non applicare il rimborso se il prodotto non rispetta le condizioni specificate (es. usato, danneggiato, sporco). In alternativa, in caso di manipolazione o danneggiamento che ne diminuisca il valore, potremmo trattenere una parte del rimborso.
- I rimborsi includono solo il costo del prodotto, escluse le spese di spedizione.
- Una volta aperta la richiesta di reso, riceverete via email o WhatsApp tutte le istruzioni per il rientro della merce, inclusa la modalità per saldare il costo del servizio di restituzione. Il pagamento potrà essere effettuato comodamente tramite carta di credito, utilizzando un link sicuro che vi verrà fornito.

🔁 CAMBIO MERCE – COME FUNZIONA
Puoi chiedere un cambio merce in caso di:
- Taglia errata
- Prodotto diverso da quanto atteso
- Preferenza per un altro modello/colore
📫 Scrivi a info@blueskindenim.it con oggetto “Richiesta Cambio Merce” e includi:
- Numero ordine
- Prodotto da cambiare
- Prodotto desiderato
- Se vuoi che ritiriamo noi o se preferisci spedire tu il prodotto
🌐 CLIENTI INTERNAZIONALI – COME FUNZIONA IL RESO O IL CAMBIO
Per i clienti fuori dall’Italia, non è possibile effettuare un cambio in tempo reale. Dovrai prima effettuare il reso, poi invieremo il prodotto sostitutivo.
Hai due opzioni:
- Reso e spedizione del cambio gestiti da Blueskin
- Reso + invio nuovo prodotto: €26,90
- Solo spedizione del nuovo prodotto (se spedisci tu il reso): €18,90
- Il cliente può usare un proprio corriere tracciabile per restituire il capo risparmiando sui costi.

📫 RIMBORSI
- Il rimborso avviene entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento del reso, con email di conferma.
- I rimborsi saranno effettuati sul metodo di pagamento originale.
- Se il prodotto è stato manipolato o rovinato, potremmo trattenere una parte del rimborso o, nel caso di articoli usurati, danneggiati o sporchi, potremmo rifiutare il reso e non applicare alcun rimborso.
📦 IMBALLAGGIO PER I RESI
- Proteggi il prodotto accuratamente.
- Non attaccare adesivi o nastro sulla confezione originale del prodotto.
- Per l'imballaggio, se il prodotto è stato ricevuto in una busta, puoi riutilizzare la busta che trovi all'interno del pacco. Se hai ricevuto l'articolo in una scatola, puoi riutilizzare la stessa scatola o una simile, assicurandoti che non sia sovradimensionata rispetto all'oggetto da rendere per non impattare sui costi di spedizione.

✅ GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The right of withdrawal is valid within 14 days of delivery (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005).
- The product must be intact, unused, in its original packaging, and complete with tags and accessories.
- We do not accept returns of worn, damaged, or dirty items. We reserve the right to refuse the return and not issue a refund if the product does not meet the specified conditions (e.g., used, damaged, dirty). Alternatively, in case of manipulation or damage that diminishes its value, we may withhold a portion of the refund.
- Refunds include only the product cost, excluding shipping fees.
- Once the return request has been submitted, you will receive detailed instructions via email or WhatsApp, including how to pay for the return service. Payment can be made securely by credit card through a dedicated payment link that will be provided.

🔁 MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE – HOW IT WORKS
You can request a merchandise exchange in case of:
- Incorrect size
- Product different from what was expected
- Preference for another model/color

- Order number
- Product to be exchanged
- Desired product
- Whether you want us to pick up the product or if you prefer to ship it yourself
🌐 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – HOW RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WORK
For customers outside Italy, real-time exchanges are not possible. You will first need to process the return, then we will send the replacement product.
You have two options:
- Return and exchange shipping managed by Blueskin
- Return + new product shipment: €26.90
- New product shipment only (if you ship the return yourself): €18.90
- The customer can use their own trackable courier to return the item, saving on costs.

📫 REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, with email confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the product has been handled or damaged, we may withhold a portion of the refund, or in the case of worn, damaged, or dirty items, we may refuse the return and not issue any refund.
📦 PACKAGING FOR RETURNS
- Carefully protect the product.
- Do not attach stickers or tape to the product's original packaging.
- For packaging, if the product was received in a bag, you can reuse the bag found inside the package. If you received the item in a box, you can reuse the same box or a similar one, ensuring it is not oversized compared to the item being returned to avoid impacting shipping costs.
